What You’ll Do

Monitor performance of parking contracts – from vehicle removals to CCTV operations.

Use IT and GPS systems to track deployment and assess KPI compliance.

Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve service issues.

Support procurement and contract evaluation processes.

Produce performance reports, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
What You’ll Need

Experience in contract monitoring or service performance (parking/highways a plus).
- Or Experience in Parking enforcement Role

A solid understanding of local government parking operations.

Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
